The Icehouse is a romantic wedding venue that dates back over a century. This space was designed to straddle across the historic and the modern, resulting in a setting unlike any other. While I just know you are going to fall madly in love with the aesthetic, its central location has made this a favorite, putting any necessary accommodations just a short drive away.
Details of the Grounds
The Icehouse offers several distinct areas you will be able to use throughout your wedding day. When you first arrive, you and your partner will have access to separate spaces where you can get ready alongside your wedding party. These suites will give you plenty of room to relax before it’s time for your wedding to begin!
For your ceremony, the open-air cathedral is your spot. The towering brick walls have been painted a faded white, while the open sky will serve as your roof. A black iron chandelier suspends in mid-air while string lights add the right amount of ambiance.
The building was designed to flow effortlessly from one space to the next, so your day can move organically. For your cocktail hour, your guests can walk to the neighboring Art Gallery and enjoy drinks on the vintage furniture until it’s time for the reception to begin. For your dinner, you will be able to gather in the Outdoor Space or inside in The Warehouse. Both sides bring an industrial vibe with neutral colors that you can dress up with your florals. The Icehouse can host up to 200 guests.
Photography Opportunities
Because the Icehouse ceremony site is open-air, you will get tons of natural light throughout your wedding! The Outdoor Space is a fabulous spot for portraits, giving you sunny spots to pose with your wedding party. The all-brick bridal suite is ideal for candid shots showing off your gown, while the exterior metal staircase is amazing for those editorial couple’s portraits.

In addition to the exceptional space, The Icehouse is incredibly easy to work with! You will be able to choose from several wedding packages, including full-service options that will include catering and bartenders. All packages are going to include 11 hours of rental time, on-site parking, tables and chairs, ceremony benches, and an on-site venue concierge.
